Client & Volunteer Coordinator
Full Time, 40 hours/week
As the Client & Volunteer Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in helping youth build social skills, find community connections, and experience new opportunities. You'll manage the enrollment and matching of mentees with mentors, organize enriching monthly and quarterly outings, and lead recruitment and volunteer engagement efforts. This position is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of children.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the enrollment, matching, and ongoing support of mentors and mentees.

Plan and coordinate monthly group outings (12) and quarterly outings (4) for older mentees.

Initiate & manage volunteer recruitment efforts/events and volunteer coordination for program activities.

Collaborate with relevant committees on program development and event execution.

Maintain accurate case documentation and reports.

Assist with agency fundraisers and community engagement efforts.

Handle basic office administration.

Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to work independently with a high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.

Strong communication skills.

Experience coordinating events and working with volunteers.

Must have reliable transportation and a good driving record.

Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate’s degree required in a relevant field (including but not limited to social work, psychology, child development, or education).

Familiarity with social media, email campaigns, and event promotion.
Compensation:
$18-$23/hour, based on experience. This position is considered full time (40 hours/week). Monday-Friday, flexible hours with some evening hours.
